Terms of Service

About these terms. These terms apply to this website and to website design and development services provided by Monarch Infotech.
Quotes and pricing. All prices shown are starting prices and exclude 18% GST. Your exact quote is confirmed in writing after a free consultation. Prices shown on the site do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote.
Payment terms. Projects are invoiced 50% upfront before work begins and 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Revisions and scope. The number of revision rounds included is stated in your chosen package. Work materially outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Post-launch support. Support periods (45–60 days depending on package) cover fixes and adjustments to the delivered work. They do not cover new features, new pages, or third-party service failures.
Client responsibilities. You are responsible for supplying content, images and approvals you have the legal right to use, and for timely feedback so delivery timelines can be met.
Ownership. On final payment, ownership of the delivered website content and design passes to you. Third-party themes, plugins and services remain under their own licences.
